Return and Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing in a Bundle That Pass. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the things we build. We also want to make sure that you have a rewarding experience as you explore, evaluate, and purchase our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions in a Bundle That Pass. We will be as brief as permit our lawyers. If there are any problems with the product you purchased, or if you are not satisfied with it, will not be able to issue a refund for your article.

Refunds

Unfortunately, there are occasions in which it is possible not to have the products you choose in stock or that we have some problems with our inventory, and quality control. If you have purchased via on-line payment (no cod), you will be reimbursed one time for our team to confirm your request.

We conducted a quality control thorough before processing the item ordered. We take the utmost care when packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good for that items are not damaged during the transportation. Note that Beam That Pass is not responsible for the damages caused to items during transit or transport.

For international orders:

  • We do NOT allow exchanges or returns.
  • If you cancel your order before we will process and send for shipping, you can process a refund. Orders typically take between 1 and 2 days to process prior to shipping.
  • Orders that are already in shipping are not eligible for return, cancellation or refund.
